    Orion Outfitters and Guide Service
    Description
    Orion Outfitters and Guide Service is located in the Western Maine Mountains. We are surrounded by thousands of acres of woodlands, mountains, and the White Mountain National Forest. We offer hunting for whitetail deer, black bear, and moose, as well as partridge, and snowshoe hare.
    You will enjoy a traditional Maine Hunting Camp atmosphere, and enjoy excellent home cooked meals. We also offer fly fishing and spincasting for trout, bass, pike, and panfish. We fish remote ponds and trout streams, as well as the infamous Androscoggin River and the larger ponds and lakes of Western and Central Maine. We have a variety of boats and float tubes to accomodate various fishing opportunities. We rent canoes and also offer guided canoe trips by the day, weekend, and week. We can accomodate youth trips, family trips, "women only weekends" and scouting trips. In the winter months we provide all inclusive guided Ice Fishing with heated shacks, and everything needed for a great of fishing, including a hot lunch served on the ice. We also offer guided snowshoe trips, and can include moose shed hunting if desired. Traditional snowshoes may be rented by the day as well. See our website for full details
