Newry Trails is located in the heart of western Maine just minutes from Sunday River Ski area. We operate a fleet of late model state of the art Yamaha 4 stroke snowmobiles. All of our snow machines have hand warmers front and back and are equipped with reverse and electric start, which are maintained to a high level of mechanical reliability. We are a family business and have been operating snowmobiles for over 20 years. Each driver is provided a safety-inspected helmet equipped with a voice-activated communication system, which operates on a discreet frequency that allows communication between your guide and all members of your party. This not only allows an extra level of safety to inform you of on coming snow machines but also allows your registered Maine guide to point out wildlife and other points of interest on your ride. Many of our guided tours take you through the hills and valleys of Maine and New Hampshire where you will enjoy breath taking vistas and view wildlife in its natural habitat. Whether you are an experienced rider or a first time snow mobile rider rest assured our experienced staff will ensure a safe and enjoyable experience. We offer full and half-day tours and hourly get acquainted rides for first time riders. We cater to families and first time riders.
